These terms explain
how SnapMortgage services may be used.
These terms govern the public website and related services operated by Think Whale LLC.Company and agreement
These Terms of Use govern the SnapMortgage website, educational tools, automated qualification experiences, Early Enrollment purchase, and related services operated by Think Whale LLC. By using the site or purchasing Early Enrollment, you agree to these terms.
Early Enrollment purchase and lifetime pricing
Early Enrollment is a one-time $500 payment before tax. The payment reserves a place on the Early Enrollment list and is non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
The purchase locks in 50% off monthly Snap access for life while the customer maintains an active paid subscription on the customer account. At an expected $300 monthly access price, that equals an estimated $150 monthly discount and $1,800 in first-year subscription savings. The actual monthly price may change before launch, and the discount applies to the then-current monthly access price. The discount does not apply to add-ons, third-party charges, taxes, or products that are not part of monthly Snap access. The discount is not transferable.
Autoapproval and qualified leads
Snap uses automation, artificial intelligence, soft credit checks, borrower-provided information, public data, and purchased data to provide fast qualification answers and connect consumers with Loan Officers.
Snap leads are verified and qualified across income, assets, product, price, credit, phone, and home address. No more bogus leads. Qualification is based on the information and matching rules available at the time of the result and can change when information is updated or reviewed by a lender.
Autoapproval is an automated qualification result. It is not a guaranteed mortgage approval, commitment to lend, rate lock, Loan Estimate, or promise of a particular mortgage product, price, or outcome. Final terms require review and written disclosures from the applicable lender or licensed mortgage professional.
Lead versions and exclusivity
Each submission through a prequalification link creates a separate lead version. A lead version is verified and qualified for the product and pricing path associated with that submission and is exclusively assigned to the Loan Officer connected to that link for 30 days.
A consumer may submit through more than one prequalification link. Each separate submission creates its own lead version for the Loan Officer connected to that link. A Loan Officer does not automatically receive another Loan Officer's lead version.
Verification, information, and communications
Consumers must complete the required email and phone verification before a soft credit check is performed. Information must be accurate, current, and submitted through the authorized secure workflow.
By requesting contact or continuing through a qualification experience, you may be contacted by SnapMortgage or the Loan Officer connected to the applicable lead version through the channels and consents presented in that experience. You may withdraw communications consent as described in the applicable message or privacy notice.
Educational information and mortgage decisions
Website content, calculators, comparisons, AI outputs, qualification results, and examples are educational or preliminary information. They do not replace underwriting, property review, official disclosures, or a licensed professional's review of the actual transaction.
Rates, fees, eligibility, program rules, property requirements, availability, data sources, and qualification results can change. Do not rely on a website result as a final credit decision or financial, legal, or tax advice.
Accounts, submissions, and secure information
You are responsible for information submitted under your account and for keeping access credentials confidential. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or other sensitive identity or financial information through an unapproved website message or Early Enrollment checkout field.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape protected data at scale, impersonate another person, misuse a lead version, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
Third-party services and data
Links and integrations may lead to third-party mortgage, verification, mapping, credit, data, payment, or communication services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their systems. Data may be provided by a consumer, a service provider, a public source, or a purchased data source as described in the applicable privacy notice.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, graphics, software, trademarks, qualification logic, and other content are owned by or licensed to SnapMortgage and may not be copied or republished except as allowed by law or written permission.
Disclaimers and limitations
The site and related services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every item is current for every jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, SnapMortgage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website or related services. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not required by law to be brought elsewhere must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to that location.
